Our Return Policy

Each Flightline Furniture piece is handcrafted with care and built in small batches. Because our products are handmade, we want every customer to feel confident before placing an order.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Items must be free from damage, wear, or modification.

Custom Orders

Custom or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and help make it right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error with the order. For custom orders, original shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
